This is a Vintage Ceramic Elephant Coin Bank measuring about 5-1/2" long x 2" wide x 4-1/2" tall
. It was made in Japan and does have a chip in the rear foot and has been touch up painted, please see pictures #9 & 10. It has been previously displayed and may be a bit dusty.
